Return policy...

1.      We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective and you will get a full or partial refund package lost during the ordinary shipment period can be treated with full refund.

2.      If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from you may return it and get a refund if your order is custom made and stitched as per the measurement provided by you,   you will only get 50 % refund in addition you will incur shipping fee.

3.      If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch ( highly impossible because of  two quality checks) l which may come due to human error  we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100 %

4.      of the product price in tailoring cost.

5.      You should contact us within 3 business days from the date of the item is received  if you want to return the item back to us

6.      The quality problem is not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition but we can declare that our products are of good quality.

7.      We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good condition as we send to you.

8.      We cannot accept return on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning methods.

9.      Refunds are issued in US Dollars for clients outside India and for Indian clients we pay in Indian Rupees.
